Most homeowners assume or are led to believe that if a wall is cracked or there’s been water present in the basement repairs are required. Our job is to determine that IF repairs are needed, what area of the foundation to repair as well as the best, most cost effective, method of repair. We provide you with a written report at the time of inspection.
